- Represent coalition of power companies in submitting comments in support of EPA's implementing regulations under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the power sector.
- Provide regulatory counsel to financial institutions, technology companies, and multinational corporations regarding energy and climate regulation, climate disclosure requirements, carbon markets, and green marketing claims.
- Analyze clients' marketing materials and internal guidance documents to ensure compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Green Guides and California environmental marketing laws.
