Jennifer Boudet is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition team advising clients in a variety of sectors, including in particular technology and communications, and life sciences.

Ms. Boudet advises clients across a broad range of EU and national competition law matters, with specific experience in multi-jurisdictional merger control filings, Articles 101 and 102 cases, as well as regulatory issues.

  • Advising Sanofi on the competition aspects of its diabetes collaboration with Google.
  • Advising Facebook in its acquisition of WhatsApp.
  • Representing third party company in connection with European Commission’s investigation into the acquisition of Rexam by Ball.
  • Advising Microsoft in connection with multi-jurisdictional filings for its acquisition of Nokia’s Devices & Services division.
  • Advising Microsoft, Expedia and TripAdvisor in connection with their complaints to the European Commission regarding Google’s conduct in search and related markets.
  • Representing Slovak Telekom in the European Commission’s investigation of their pricing practices on the Slovak broadband market.
  • Advising postal operator in relation to EU state aid and public procurement issues.
