
Shelby Anderson is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, where she is a member of the International Trade practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance in the U.S. Department of Commerce. In that capacity, she advised the agency with respect to the administration of U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty laws and represented the agency before the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel. Before her time at Commerce, Ms. Anderson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard W. Goldberg at the U.S. Court of International Trade.
