PFAS (per- and poly-fluoroalkyl) chemicals, also referred to as ‘forever chemicals’, have given rise to claims of bodily injury and property damage in the U.S. Whilst initially filed in the U.S., PFAS claims are now increasingly prevalent in other jurisdictions, including in Europe.
