Covington Advises Flex on $25 Million Preferred Stock Equity Financing

PALO ALTO/SAN FRANCISCO—Covington advised Flex, a business and personal finance platform, on its $25 million preferred stock equity financing. The equity funding was led by Titanium Ventures, with participation from existing investors Companyon Ventures, MS&AD Ventures, AAF Management Ltd., and Florida Funders.

In less than 18 months, Flex has surpassed $1 billion in annualized total payment volume, redefining how business and personal finances work together.
