Emily Henn Named One of Daily Journal's Top Women Lawyers

PALO ALTO—The Daily Journal has named Emily Henn to its 2024 Top Women Lawyers list, a recognition of the top women lawyers in California.

Emily is a partner in Covington’s Palo Alto office and serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She defends class actions in the technology and entertainment industries, among others, including privacy class actions, antitrust class actions, and a wide variety of consumer class actions under California’s Section 17200 and other states’ unfair competition laws. The Daily Journal highlighted her successful representations of FullStory, Delta, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Papa John’s in a wave of wiretapping privacy class actions related to the use of website analytics tools and Big Fish and Product Madness in a class action challenging the advertising of digital tokens.
