LONDON—Business Insurance named Covington's Josianne El Antoury to its annual Women to Watch EMEA list. The programme, which began in 2006, recognizes women leaders doing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance.
Josianne, who is a special counsel based in the firm's London office, is a lead insurance lawyer at Covington for the UK. Josianne represents policyholder clients in insurance recovery disputes across a wide spectrum of insurance lines, including property and business interruption, D&O, crime, cyber, W&I/R&W, civil liability and public and products liability. She has significant international experience of complex and high-value disputes including in matters in English High Court proceedings, England-seated arbitral proceedings and across Europe and the Middle East. Josianne's clients range from major publicly traded companies, such as one of the world’s largest international oil and gas companies to SME’s and charities.
