Emin Toro Named to the American College of Tax Counsel

WASHINGTONCovington partner Emin Toro has been named a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.

Mr. Toro concentrates on the needs of multinational companies, including both tax controversies and counseling. His controversy experience includes audits, administrative appeals, litigation, as well as advance pricing agreement and competent authority proceedings. He provides counseling on transfer pricing, tax-efficient cross-border trading structures, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.

The American College of Tax Counsel is a professional association of tax attorneys. Membership is limited to 700 tax lawyers across the United States and is reserved for those tax lawyers who have made significant contributions to the understanding and improvement of the tax system.
