Covington Advises Zoetis in $1.25 Billion Debt Securities Offering

NEW YORK, October 5, 2017Covington advised Zoetis Inc. in an underwritten public offering of its investment grade notes in an aggregate principal amount of $1.25 billion.

Zoetis is a global leader in the discovery, development, manufacture, and commercialization of animal health medicines and vaccines, with a focus on both livestock and companion animals. This is the second investment grade debt offering in which Covington has represented Zoetis.

The Covington corporate team was Eric Blanchard, Matt Gehl, and John Mei.
