Covington Advises ClaimTrust, Inc. in Sale to Craneware PLC

NEW YORK, March 15, 2011 — Covington & Burling LLP advised ClaimTrust, Inc. in the company’s recent sale to Craneware PLC (AIM: CRW.L).

Craneware PLC is the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the U.S. healthcare market. ClaimTrust, Inc. is a software-as-a-service revenue cycle technology provider to hospitals in the United States.

The Covington team based in New York and Washington, DC was led by corporate partner Philipp Tamussino.
