SAN FRANCISCO, CA, April 9, 2009 — For the second consecutive year, Covington & Burling LLP partners Robert Fram and Robert Haslam have been named to The San Francisco and Los Angeles Daily Journals’ list of Top 75 Intellectual Property Litigators in California. Mr. Fram, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, is co-chair of Covington’s IP Litigation Group and has substantial experience litigating patent, trade secret, and licensing cases. Mr. Haslam, resident in the firm’s Silicon Valley office, has long maintained a highly regarded trial practice focused on patent and trade secret and other related high technology disputes.
