Covington Advises Perseus LLC in Workflow Management Inc.'s Acquisition of The Relizon Company

NEW YORK, NY, December 22, 2005 -  Covington represented Perseus LLC, in Workflow Management Inc.'s acquisition of The Relizon Company.  Workflow is a portfolio company of Perseus, a merchant bank and private equity fund management company.

Workflow Management Inc. is the parent company of WorkflowOne, United Envelope, and Freedom Graphics.  Its acquisition of The Relizon Company created one of North America's largest end-to-end supply chain and logistics powerhouses serving the communications, fulfillment, logistics, and process improvement needs of companies.  Workflow Management, Inc. and its affiliates will now have more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue, 5,000 employees, and 32,000 clients.

The Covington corporate team members included partners Scott Smith, Carolyn Taylor, and Ken Ebanks, and associates Peter Schwartz and Cameron Alston Cova.  Associate Robert Heller handled tax matters.  The transaction was completed on November 30th.
