Sarah Harrington’s commentary was included in a Reuters article looking at the year ahead in artificial intelligence litigation.

Sarah comments on how changes in administrative law could affect AI regulation and future disputes, telling Reuters that as a result of Corner Post, Inc. v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, justices “blew up the statute of limitations for challenging some kinds of (agency) rules.” Together, the decisions are “a sea change in administrative law,” she said.
