Sarah told Reuters she will contribute to legal strategy with lawyers in other groups, including government litigation and regulatory practices, to help the firm’s clients navigate a "changing legal landscape." Sarah noted that “administrative law right now is really at an inflection point, with the demise of Chevron and the Supreme Court's kind of new-found interest in structural constitutional challenges to federal agencies and regulations.”
