Delaware Justices Make Waves Undoing Verizon Fraud Coverage

Darren Teshima’s commentary was included in a Law360 article covering the Delaware Supreme Court’s overturning of Verizon's coverage of a $95 million settlement with a bankruptcy trust over a fraudulent transfer suit. Darren commented on the court’s decision to apply provisions from a similar suit in 2019 that limits covered derivative claims to those relating to securities claims.
