Nick Xenakis spoke with Law360 regarding Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s hearings before the Judiciary Committee. Judge Jackson appeared before the committee in 2021 in consideration for a seat on the D.C. Circuit, and now will appear before the same 22 committee members as President Biden’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Nick explained that in preparing for a Supreme Court hearing, staff and senators look for a new approach, but are cognizant of what came in the past hearing.
