America gathers evidence to support claims of Russian war crimes in Ukraine

Jonathan Gimblett was quoted by The Times in an article highlighting the team from Covington’s London and Washington offices representing Ukraine in The Hague.

With respect to the International Court of Justice’s ruling which ordered Russia to cease all military actions in Ukraine, Jonathan expressed that in principle the order - made under the UN's 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide - was binding on the Kremlin.
