Karen Solomon spoke with American Banker about the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s announcement of a more top-down management structure. Karen says, “Everybody ultimately reports up to the comptroller. That was the case prior, when there was a chief operating officer, and it will be the case under this new realignment. The difference is really in terms of administrative detail.”
