Wilson Sonsini Tech Dealmaker Jumps to Covington in SF

Denny Kwon and Tom DeFilipps are quoted in The Recorder regarding Denny Kwon’s move to Covington.

Mr. Kwon, who moved to the firm’s San Francisco office as a partner, says, “I have seen complex regulatory issues arise more frequently for technology companies, not only in M&A transitions but also in their ordinary day to day operations.
