Foreign lobbying overhaul loses steam in Congress

Robert Kelner is quoted in a Politico story about the potential impact of foreign lobbying overhaul by Congress. Commenting on the potential for forcing companies with U.S. subsidiaries to disclose every lobby contact, Mr. Kelner said it “is going to do very little to shed light on foreign lobbying activity.” He adds, “It’s just going to create a lot of additional work.”
