U.K.’s Serious Fraud Office’s Future Still Foggy Despite May’s Defeat

June 9, 2017, The Wall Street Journal

Ian Hargreaves is quoted by The Wall Street Journal in an article regarding the future of the UK's Serious Fraud Office following the general election. "Folding the SFO into the [National Crime Agency] is neither necessary nor good for the prevention of serious fraud and other matters," says Hargreaves. "I would hope this gets pushed into the long grass and [Ms. May] concentrates on more immediate and necessary concerns."
