Stratford: U.S. Should Look at 'Belt & Road' Plan

Timothy Stratford appeared on Bloomberg Markets: Asia to discuss China's "Belt & Road" initiative focused on infrastructure development and U.S. trade relationships. According to Stratford, "I think the basic idea of a 'Belt & Road' is a very positive idea. I think that we have parts of the globe that are really not well integrated into the global trading system and I think to build infrastructure and to pull them in would be beneficial to all." Stratford also notes that it is "no easy task" but thinks that the United States and American companies should be looking at opportunities to participate.
