Covington Adds Reed Smith Tech M&A Partner in Calif.

Catharina Min and Tom DeFilipps are quoted in a Law360 article regarding Min's arrival to Covington's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. 

According to DeFilipps, who has worked with Min in the past, “Her ability to advise companies navigating an ever-changing technology landscape will enhance the firm’s corporate practice as we continue to build our transactional capabilities in Silicon Valley and the rest of California.”

Min says she is “gratified” to join Covington's Corporate practice, which has a track record of collaborating across practices and has experts on a variety of subjects and regulations. “That combination can provide valuable insight for clients into an increasingly complex set of laws and regulations governing corporate transactions.” Min also notes that she particularly looks forward to working with her new colleagues on growing the firm's California Corporate M&A practice to serve international technology and healthcare companies.
