Anthony Weiner Pleads Guilty to Federal Obscenity Charge

The New York Times highlights Arlo Devlin-Brown's representation of Anthony Weiner during a federal investigation into the exchange of sexually explicit messages with a minor. Under Devlin-Brown's counsel, Weiner entered into a plea agreement which ended the investigation on May 19, 2017. Devlin-Brown said that his client had “accepted full responsibility” for his conduct, and that the resolution was “on terms far less severe than could have been sought.”
