Trump's six hidden trade weapons

February 28, 2017, Politico

Politico references a Law360 article by John Veroneau and Catherine Gibson uncovering Section 338 of the Trade Act of 1930 in a roundup of “hidden trade weapons” that can be used by President Trump. According to Veroneau and Gibson, they have “uncovered no public record relating to Section 338” since a telegram from Secretary of State Dean Acheson mentioned it in 1949.
