Cándido García Molyneux is quoted in an International Devices & Diagnostics Monitor article regarding the European Commission’s plan to allow certain second-hand and refurbished devices that contain hazardous substances to continue to be marketed in the EU beyond July 22, 2019. According to García Molyneux, the ban would greatly restrict the availability of second-hand and refurbished devices.
