Shutdown Talk Spreads Concern on K Street

Muftiah McCartin, of counsel and vice-chair of the Public Policy and Government Affairs Practice group, comments on the budget debate and the provisions of a short-term continuing resolution to avoid government shutdown in Roll Call. "I haven't been as confident that we can do a short-term CR. I still think they'll thread the needle. I'm just not so sure how they're going to get there," says McCartin.
