CMS Issues Wide-Ranging Proposed Rule on Part D and Medicare Advantage

On November 28, 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published in the Federal Register a proposed rule touching on a range of issues under the Prescription Drug Benefit (Part D) and Medicare Advantage (MA) programs, and implementing certain provisions of the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) and of the 21st Century Cures Act. 82 Fed.
