Out Leadership Hosts Fourth Annual Asia Summit

Covington is a sponsor of Out Leadership, an organization that works to promote LGBT+ inclusion among global businesses by partnering with and empowering their leadership to affect change. Out Leadership recently held their fourth annual 2016 Asia Summit at which over 100 global business leaders discussed their role in advancing LGBT+ equality. They discussed opportunities and challenges facing their companies in LGBT+ inclusion and best practices for maintaining inclusivity in different multinational environments, even in countries where laws or cultures can impact these actions.
