State AG Enforcement: What Companies Should Know

State attorneys general are unique enforcement actors. Politically sophisticated and backed by powerful statutory authorities, AGs can work together or individually to pursue investigations and litigation focused on a wide range of subject matter – often in parallel to federal agencies, Congress, or private plaintiffs. This webinar will cover key points to understand about state AG enforcement, including historical context, unique characteristics and emerging trends, and fundamental considerations for managing scrutiny.
