It is becoming harder than ever to run a global business in China. Headquarters teams urgently need ground-level insight as they re-evaluate China strategies for a rapidly changing market and geopolitical environment.
Covington is launching a new initiative – the Covington China Policy Advisors Network (CPAN). Organized by Covington, CPAN brings together the on-the-ground experience and expertise of several stalwarts of the China foreign-business community. Our goal is to leverage our combined century of experience in managing businesses in China to help companies prepare for and navigate the new era of change and uncertainty.
To mark the launch of CPAN, we will host a virtual panel discussion under the theme “China: Leave, Stay, Pivot or Expand?” The discussion will be moderated by Chris Adams of Covington and feature our newly-appointed CPAN advisors—Al Gabor, Jean Liu, and Kent D. Kedl,—sharing the hard-won, on-the-ground insights headquarters leaders need to make informed decisions.
