On Thursday, November 2, Kim Strosnider, partner and co-chair of the firm's International Trade Controls practice, will be speaking in the Passport to Proficient on the ITAR series held by the American Conference Institute (ACI). During her module, Licensing Requirements and Exemptions, Kim will share her expertise on Open General Licenses, brokering requirements, and the lengths and limits of ITAR exemptions, including hypothetical scenarios and sample license applications. The session will end with an open Q&A.
