Ms. Kyongwha Chung will participate in the "Can an Arbitration Agreement Become Binding on a Third Party? Taking Wind Farm Development and Operation in Taiwan as an Example" panel at the Taiwan Arbitration Week Series.

Organized by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) and the Taiwan Bar Association, the panel will be moderated by Mr. Chieh-Fu Cheng (former Judge of the Taiwan Supreme Court), and the panel discussion will also include Mr. Shilin Huang (K&L Gates), Mr. Peng-Kwang Chen (Formosa Transnational Attorneys-at-Law), and Mr. Houchih Kuo (Kuo & Kuo Attorneys-at-Law).
