On Tuesday, July 12, Kevin Poloncarz, co-chair of Covington's Environmental and Energy practice group, Energy industry group, and ESG practice group, will participate in a panel on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in West Virginia v. EPA. The decision has clear environmental implications, for EPA’s authority both to regulate emissions from stationary sources and to regulate greenhouse gases more broadly, and how Congress may delegate regulatory authority to any federal agency.
