Thanks to its proximity to and close trade relationship with the U.S., Mexico is a key alternative for companies considering relocating supply chains from Asia as a result of geopolitical shifts and other reasons.
This session will focus on deal structures and practices for an acquisition or joint venture in Mexico and on key due diligence areas, including taxes, anti-corruption, data privacy and cybersecurity, AI reliability, and insurance recovery.
