Covington’s London Diversity Committee hosted an informal lunch session on the topic of unconscious bias in the workplace.
The session included an open discussion on the importance of recognizing unconscious biases in order to overcome common stereotypes that can negatively impact the opportunities of others.
“It was a very animated and inclusive discussion,” said Hannah Edmonds. “It was rewarding to see the group engaged in addressing this important issue.”
The roundtable was organized by partner Chris Bracebridge and associate Hannah Edmonds, and open to all lawyers, staff, and summer associates.
