Covington Welcomes Inaugural OnRamp Fellow

October 13, 2015

Kirsten Pullin has joined as an associate in the Washington office today, as Covington’s inaugural recipient of an OnRamp Fellowship. Covington recently began participation in the innovative program designed to smooth transition back into legal practice for women who have left the law.

Since 2008, Kirsten has been an adjunct faculty member at the Maryland University of Integrative Health, where she most recently has been an Interim Academic Director. She previously served in a number of positions in the tax and benefits area. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia in 1990 and 1994, respectively. Kirsten will be working with the lawyers in our employee benefits practice.

Women lawyers who are selected to participate in the Fellowship are provided with a partner advisor at the firm, an external career counselor, unlimited online CLE through Practising Law Institute, and a variety of training from experts in negotiations, oral advocacy, technology, and project management.
