Anna Engh has a wealth of experience in representing policyholders in litigating and resolving complex insurance coverage disputes. Listed in Chambers USA and named by Business Insurance as among “25 Women to Watch,” she is an experienced first-chair litigator in major coverage litigation as well as lead counsel in achieving non-litigated resolutions of insurance disputes. She takes a hands-on, tailored approach to every matter with the objective of resolving disputes employing zealous advocacy and creative and practical approaches.

  • Litigation counsel for corporate policyholders in high stakes third-party and first-party coverage disputes, including Goodyear, Lincoln Electric, Foster Wheeler, Owens Corning, World Fuel, and Dow Corning.   • Represent various companies in settling asbestos, environmental, lead, and other third-party coverage disputes with their insurers.

  • Special insurance counsel for major company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding; successfully resolved many millions of dollars of asbestos-related coverage disputes through litigation and arbitration.
