As a litigator, Christopher Zirpoli has represented a wide range of clients in patent and commercial disputes.

Mr. Zirpoli has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including trial, appeals, motions practice, and discovery. His practice includes cases before both federal and state courts, as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission.

  • Represented Knowles Electronics in a complex patent infringement action against GoerTek. In re Certain Silicon Microphone Packages and Products Containing Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-888.
  • Representing biotechnology company in defense of patent infringement suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
  • Representing patent owners in multiple lawsuits against generic pharmaceutical manufacturers in the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey.
  • Representation of health care company in defense of trade secret misappropriation lawsuit in New York Supreme Court.
  • Won summary judgment on behalf of client in a long-running real estate dispute in New York Supreme Court and won an appeal to the Appellate Division.
