Quyên Trương

Quyên Trương advises public and private companies, government contractors and financial investors on contractual disputes, and helps insureds gain coverage for a variety of claims and losses. This involves representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, including for environmental liabilities, cyber claims, first party property damage, and shareholder claims. Quyên is also a part of Covington’s multidisciplinary Digital Health Initiative and has experience advising clients on a variety of public and private corporate transactions, such as those involving government contracts, regulatory filings, and complex compliance issues.

Before practicing law, Quyên served in leadership roles in the non-profit sector for fifteen years, seven of which were focused on health policy and behavioral health advocacy on the local, state, and national levels. Outside of legal practice, Quyên freelances as a fine artist and trains for endurance running competitions.
