Nicholas Mendez

Nicholas Mendez is an associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing clients in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations, and cybersecurity matters. As part of his cybersecurity practice, Nicholas provides strategic advice regarding incident response, complex disputes, including business email compromise matters, and emerging regulatory developments. Nicholas also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal defense.

Before rejoining Covington, Nick clerked for Judge Katherine Polk Failla of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
