    Will Kasper is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Will’s practice focuses on issues relating to intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent litigation. He leverages his prior experience as a chemical process engineer and manufacturing capital project planner to advise clients in patent disputes across industries, including our clients in the Technology and Life Sciences spaces.

    While in law school, Will served as Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ) and published student notes in both the California Law Review and BTLJ that explore developments in patent, trademark, and federal regulatory law undergirding several pharmaceutical drug products directed in part at LGBTQ+ health.
