Thomas Hou is a corporate attorney who represents clients in complex transactions, including debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, licensing, and other corporate matters. He has extensive experience in finance, in which he represented bank and non-bank lenders and sponsors and borrowers in acquisition financings, private placements, loans to Latin America, and debt/equity investments in emerging companies.
