Dr. Jan Friedeborn is a lawyer admitted to the bar in Germany. Before practicing corporate law and litigation in Germany for three years he worked as teaching and research assistant at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main while pursuing a Ph.D. in corporate and capital markets law. His German experience includes corporate and capital markets litigation, M&A, real estate, restructuring, financing, and foreign investment law. For six months he was seconded to the in-house department of the biggest German airport operator where he was responsible for domestic and international M&A and commercial contracts. Most recently, he received an LL.M. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
