• Advised Cameco Corporation on its strategic partnership with Brookfield Renewable Partners to acquire Westinghouse Electric Company in a deal valued at USD 7.8 billion.
• Advised Renesas Electronics on its EUR 4.9 billion takeover offer for and delisting in Germany of Dialog Semiconductor.
• Advised NielsenIQ and its owner Advent International on its merger with GfK SE, a portfolio company of private equity investor KKR.
• Advised the shareholders of ACXIT Capital Partners on the sale of the company to US investment bank Stifel Financial Corp.
• Advised Investcorp Technology Partners on the EUR 120 million sale of its portfolio company softgarden e-recruiting GmbH to Grupa Pracuj SA, a Polish HR tech company.
• Advised Reliance New Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, India, on acquiring substantially all of the assets of Lithium Werks for a total of USD 61 million.
• Advised Adiuva Capital on its acquisition of multiple business units from Rehms group out of insolvency.
• Advised Piramal Enterprises Limited, India, in the sale of a 20% stake in Piramal Pharma Limited to an investment fund managed and advised by affiliated entities of The Carlyle Group Inc. with a deal value of approximately USD 490 million and an additional upside component of up to USD 360 million.

Venture Capital

• Advised Bristol Myers Squibb on the formation of beLAB2122, a collaboration among Bristol Myers Squibb, Evotec, and certain German universities and research institutions to sponsor the development of potential therapeutics based on technology discovered in university and research labs.
• Advised Proeza Ventures, Mexico:
  • Lead investor in a Series A financing round for ONOMOTION with a total amount of EUR 6 million.
  • Series A financing round for Bliq with a total amount of USD 13.5 million.
  • Seed financing round for Bliq with a total amount of EUR 2 million.

Financing

• Advised borrowers on secured financing and refinancing.
