Miranda Cole is a partner based in the firm’s Brussels office. She advises on all aspects of EC, international and UK competition law and policy, including merger control, compliance, vertical and horizontal arrangements, and abuse of dominance. Her practice has a particular focus on advising companies active in the technology, communications and media, software and ecommerce, aviation and life sciences sectors. She advises clients on the competition issues raised by IP, data and technology interfaces, including access issues, standardisation, remuneration and interoperability.
In addition, she has extensive experience in the communications and media, technology and online sectors, across all aspects of regulation, policy and competition law relating to the sector, and counseling relating to the impact of regulation on transactions.
