Brittany L. Benjamin

Brittany Benjamin advises media, entertainment, and technology companies on complex commercial transactions involving content distribution, technology transfers, and intellectual property licensing.

Brittany has experience with licensing and distribution arrangements across a variety of platforms (including broadcast, cable, satellite, IPTV, and “over the top”) and business models (from linear to video-on-demand and interactive apps, including direct-to-consumer and subscription premium). She also regularly advises on the intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Brittany approaches her clients’ needs with methodical creativity, and her practice draws upon years of experience as a litigator and as a federal law clerk.

Brittany joined the firm after clerking for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder, of the Central District of California. Prior to entering the law, Brittany worked as a management consultant, and she managed operations and planning for a luxury fashion label in New York.
