Covington Named to The American Lawyer’s A-List

WASHINGTON- The American Lawyer has named Covington among the top ten firms on the 2025 “A-List.” The ranking recognizes firms based on a combination of factors, both financial and cultural: revenue per lawyer, pro bono commitment, associate satisfaction, racial diversity, and gender diversity (the percentage of equity partners who are women).

This is Covington’s tenth consecutive year on the “A-List,” and the firm has appeared on the list 20 times since it was first introduced in 2003.
