Directors & Officers (D&O) liability insurance is critically important and a top priority for business leaders. Join us for an Insurance 101 session on everything that in-house counsel needs to know about D&O insurance.

Our market-leading Insurance Recovery group will be joined by Larry Bowlus of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. Larry is a seasoned executive risk advisor with over 20 years of experience and deep expertise in D&O liability and management liability insurance across a variety of industries, including technology and financial institutions. Together, our panelists will discuss key aspects of D&O insurance, including:

1. key coverages and protections provided by D&O insurance;
2. what to look for and what can be negotiated in a D&O policy; and
3. common D&O insurance issues that corporate officers and in-house counsel face.
