  • Represent Samsung Electronics in a patent infringement action in the District of Delaware.
  • Counsel to a major pharmaceutical distributor in a series of lawsuits brought by various levels of governments alleging that the company contributed to a national epidemic of opioid addiction.

Pro Bono

  • Advised an NGO on the crime of property destruction under international criminal law in anticipation of the adoption of such laws by the Hybrid Court of South Sudan, a tribunal to be formed as a transitional justice mechanism in South Sudan under the 2018 peace agreement.
