    Olivia Xie represents public and private strategic clients as well as private equity clients in a broad range of M&A transactions.

    Olivia advises clients with respect to various U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, including multi-billion dollar acquisitions of public companies, negotiated sales of private companies, carve-out transactions, minority investments, co-investments and joint ventures.

    Olivia represents clients across a wide array of industries, including financial services, insurance, technology, life sciences and crypto currency.

    Olivia also regularly assists public company clients with corporate governance and takeover matters.
